Terms & Conditions – Setuk

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Setuk platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using Setuk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Setuk, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Scope of Services

Setuk provides tools for political, administrative, and constituency management, including but not limited to data management, scheduling, communication, and operational tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes
  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate data or system functionality

By using Setuk, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy and Consent for Data Usage.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party data uploaded by you is collected lawfully and with proper consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Suspension or Termination

Setuk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software associated with Setuk are the intellectual property of Setuk and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

Setuk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
