Refund & Cancellation Policy – Setuk

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments made for using the Setuk platform (“Platform”). By subscribing to Setuk, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Model

Setuk operates on a subscription-based model, offering:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans

2. Free Trial

Setuk may offer a free trial period of up to 30 days. During this period, users can evaluate the platform before making any payment.

Users are encouraged to fully review features and suitability during the trial period.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Setuk are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be provided once a subscription is purchased
  • No refunds for partial usage or unused subscription period
  • No refunds after data has been entered or platform usage has begun
  • No refunds in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or account suspension

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop automatic renewal of the subscription
  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds will be issued upon cancellation

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

After subscription cancellation or expiry:

  • User data will be retained for up to 60 days
  • During this period, users may request data access or reactivation
  • After 60 days, data may be permanently deleted without further notice

6. Payment Processing

Payments for Setuk subscriptions are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree. Setuk is not responsible for issues arising from payment gateway failures, delays, or transaction errors.

7. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to payments, cancellations, or this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, India. You may also reach us at contact@setuk.org.

8. Changes to Policy

Setuk reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
