Lakshadweep has the smallest electorate of any Lok Sabha seat in India. It's also one of the hardest to cover.
Its voters live on ten inhabited islands scattered across the Arabian Sea — Kavaratti, Agatti, Amini, Andrott, Kalpeni, Kadmat, Kiltan, Chetlat, Bitra and Minicoy. Moving between them means boats and schedules. With a voter base this small, every household matters, and every trip has to be planned.
The Lakshadweep voter list in Excel puts the whole UT in one place: one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
What island-by-island planning looks like with a sortable list:
When the whole seat is a few tens of thousands of voters, a few hundred votes on one island can decide it.
Lakshadweep's roll is printed in Malayalam, and like Kerala's, it often records house names rather than numbers. Those names are how islanders identify families. We keep them, in their own column, exactly as printed.
Minicoy is different again — its people speak Mahl, though the roll still uses Malayalam script. Names here have their own spellings, and we check every one by hand. Malayalam's chillu letters (ൽ, ൻ, ർ) are the usual OCR trap, and every booth is matched against the official men and women totals.

No. Lakshadweep has no legislative assembly. Its roll is organised under the single Lakshadweep Lok Sabha constituency, which is reserved for Scheduled Tribes.
Yes. Ask for a quote for the islands you need and we'll supply their booths as a separate workbook.
The roll is printed in Malayalam, and Malayalam's chillu letters (ൽ, ൻ, ർ) are a common OCR failure point. We use Malayalam-specific OCR and check names by hand.
No. Only what's printed in the public roll: EPIC number, name, relative's name, house name or number, age, gender, section and part number.
