Jharkhand's rebuilt voter list is days away. Be ready to open it the morning it lands.
The Special Intensive Revision's final roll for Jharkhand was scheduled for 7 October 2026. Booth Level Officers spent the summer verifying every household; the draft went out in August; claims ran through September. The result will be the most accurate Jharkhand roll in years — and the old one stops being useful the day it's published.
The Jharkhand voter list in Excel turns the new roll into something your team can actually use: one workbook per constituency, one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, in Hindi and English.
What a full SIR does to a state's data:
Jharkhand sends a lot of workers to other states. That makes the "shifted" category big here, and it's exactly why old lists send volunteers looking for people who left years ago.
Twenty-eight of Jharkhand's 81 seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidates. Names here are written in Devanagari on the roll, but their English forms are anything but standard.
Hansda or Hansdah. Tirkey or Tirki. Kujur or Kujoor. One family, three spellings, three booths. Run a search on one and you miss the others.
We keep every name as printed in Hindi, then a person picks one consistent English spelling per name across the file. Simple fix. It makes the difference between a list you can search and one you have to read line by line.

Panchayat and urban body rolls come from the State Election Commission, Jharkhand, organised by ward. We convert those on request.
The new roll is about to make every old list obsolete. Book your constituency now and get it the week it's out.
Contains only data from the publicly available Jharkhand electoral roll. For electoral, political and research use under ECI guidelines and the DPDP Act, 2023.
The Chief Electoral Officer, Jharkhand publishes the roll only as PDFs, one per booth. Setuk.org provides the SIR 2026 roll in Excel, one workbook per assembly constituency and one sheet per booth, with names in Hindi and English.
The final roll under phase three of the Special Intensive Revision was scheduled for 7 October 2026, with 1 October 2026 as the qualifying date. Our files use the final roll.
81 assembly constituencies (44 General, 9 SC, 28 ST) and 14 Lok Sabha constituencies.
Names such as Hansda or Hansdah, Tirkey or Tirki, and Kujur or Kujoor appear differently across booths. We keep each name as printed in Hindi and use one consistent English spelling within a file.
Yes. The roll is printed in Hindi. Each file keeps the Hindi names and adds English transliterations, reviewed by people.
No. Only what's printed in the public roll: EPIC number, name, relative's name, house number, age, gender, section and part number.
