The next Chhattisgarh Assembly election is in 2028. The booth work starts now.
That's not campaign-consultant hype. Chhattisgarh's roll was rebuilt in the Special Intensive Revision, with the final version out on 21 February 2026 — and it will be the base for every revision until polling day. Teams that map their booths on it early walk into 2028 knowing their ground. Teams that wait inherit a scramble.
The Chhattisgarh voter list in Excel gives you that base: one workbook per constituency, one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, in Hindi and English.
Ask anyone who has run a booth committee. The final month before polling is for turnout. The real groundwork — knowing which family lives where, which young voters are new on the roll, which booth has twice the voters of its neighbour — happens years earlier.
You can't do that from 90 constituencies' worth of scanned PDFs. You can do it in an afternoon with a sheet you can sort.
Chhattisgarh was in phase two of SIR, alongside eleven other states and UTs. Booth Level Officers went door to door from November 2025. By February 2026:
Twenty-nine of Chhattisgarh's 90 seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidates — the Bastar division in the south, Surguja in the north, and the forest belts in between. Booths here can be small, far apart and hard to reach.
That changes what a voter list is for. In a dense city booth, you're managing volume. In a forest-belt booth, you're making sure a single trip covers every household. A sheet sorted by section and house number is the difference between one visit and three.
The roll is in Hindi, and the scans are where things go wrong. OCR blurs matras, swaps ि and ी, and spells the same name three ways across three booths. Search falls apart fast.
We keep every name in Hindi with one consistent spelling and add an English transliteration, reviewed by a person, so the file works in software that can't handle Devanagari.

Yes. The roll is printed in Hindi. Each file keeps the Hindi names and adds English transliterations reviewed by people.
The last one was in November 2023, so the next is due in late 2028. Parties that build booth committees early do it on the SIR 2026 roll.
No. Only what's printed in the public roll: EPIC number, name, relative's name, house number, age, gender, section and part number.
