Chandigarh is laid out in neat numbered sectors. Its voter list, in PDF form, is anything but neat.
Every address in the city follows a pattern — House No. 1234, Sector 22-B — that should make door-to-door work easy. In a scanned PDF you can't sort by any of it. And paste it into Excel carelessly and "22-B" or "1234/2" gets mangled into something else entirely.
The Chandigarh voter list in Excel keeps those addresses exactly as printed, stored as text: one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, names in English and Hindi.
What you can do once sectors and house numbers are clean:
Chandigarh's villages and colonies — Burail, Maloya, Dhanas, Mauli Jagran and others — have messier addresses. We keep those exactly as printed too.
For Chandigarh campaigns, the next big contest is usually the Municipal Corporation election, not the Lok Sabha. Those polls run on ward-wise rolls from the State Election Commission, not the Lok Sabha roll. We convert ward rolls on request — tell us the wards and we'll quote.
Chandigarh was in phase three of the Special Intensive Revision. The final roll was scheduled for 22 September 2026, with 1 July 2026 as the qualifying date. A city with this many students, government transfers and tenants sees a lot of churn — SIR removed many voters who had moved and added new residents.

Yes, on request. Municipal Corporation Chandigarh elections use ward-wise rolls from the State Election Commission. Tell us the wards you need.
