In Arunachal, reaching a booth can take a full day on foot. The voter list shouldn't take a week.
Sixty constituencies sounds small. It isn't — not when polling stations sit across river crossings, ridge lines and border villages, some serving just a few dozen voters. Campaign teams here don't get second trips. They need to know exactly who's on each booth's list before anyone sets out.
That's what the Arunachal Pradesh voter list in Excel gives you: one workbook per constituency, one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, names in English and Hindi.
Think about what a 40-voter booth means. Forty people. A campaign can plan for every single one of them — names, families, ages — but only if the list is sitting in a sheet you can sort, not buried in a scanned PDF on page 3 of 4.
Our clients in hill states tell us the same thing: the expensive mistake isn't missing a big booth. It's sending a team six hours up a valley with the wrong list.
Arunachal was in phase three of the Special Intensive Revision. Booth Level Officers went house to house, the draft came out in July 2026, and the final roll was scheduled for 22 September 2026.
What changed on the ground:
We build every file from the final SIR roll.
Here's the trap: the Arunachal roll is printed in English, so people assume conversion is a breeze. It isn't.
Generic OCR is trained on common English and Indian names. Nyishi, Adi, Galo, Apatani, Monpa and Tangsa names — Tage, Nabam, Taba, Riba, Tsering — get misread or "corrected" into something that looks more familiar to the software. Then nobody can find that voter in a search.
So every name gets checked by a person against the scan, and kept exactly as printed. We also add a Hindi column for every voter — handy for field teams and consultants who read Devanagari faster than Roman script.

Fifty-nine of sixty seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidates. That makes Arunachal campaigns intensely local — which is exactly why booth-level data matters more here, not less.
Panchayat rolls (gram panchayat, anchal samiti, zilla parishad) come from the State Election Commission, Arunachal Pradesh. We convert those on request.

The Chief Electoral Officer, Arunachal Pradesh publishes the roll only as PDFs, one per booth. Setuk.org provides the SIR 2026 roll in Excel, one workbook per assembly constituency and one sheet per booth, with names in English and Hindi. The final roll under phase three of the Special Intensive Revision was scheduled for 22 September 2026, with 1 July 2026 as the qualifying date. Our files are built from that final roll.
60. Of these, 59 are reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidates and one is General. The state has two Lok Sabha seats, Arunachal West and Arunachal East, with 30 assembly segments each.
The roll is in English, but local names such as Tage, Nabam, Taba, Riba or Tsering get misread or "auto-corrected" by generic OCR. Our team checks every name against the scanned roll so it matches the original exactly.
Yes. Each Lok Sabha seat is available as a bundle of 30 constituency workbooks. Ask for a quote on this page.
No. It contains only what's printed in the public roll: EPIC number, name, relative's name, house number, age, gender, section and part number. No phone numbers, photos or caste tags.
