In the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, some booths are a ship's voyage apart.

The UT stretches more than 700 kilometres from north to south, across dozens of inhabited islands — from Diglipur in North Andaman down to Campbell Bay on Great Nicobar. A campaign can't hop between booths on a whim. Every trip is planned around ferry schedules, and every visit has to count.

The Andaman & Nicobar voter list in Excel gives you every booth in one file: one sheet per booth, every voter on one row, names in English and Hindi.

Booths You Reach by Boat

When the next booth means the next ferry, a sortable list changes how you plan:

  • group booths by island and plan one voyage per group
  • see which booths have the most voters and send people there first
  • sort each booth by section and house number before you sail
  • flag first-time and elderly voters with a filter

Names From Every Corner of India

The islands were settled over generations from all over the country — Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand and more — alongside the Nicobarese and other island communities. Walk through one booth list and you'll find Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Nicobarese names next to each other.

Generic OCR handles some of those and mangles others. We keep every name exactly as printed and add a Hindi column, checked by a person.

The islands were settled from across India – Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand and elsewhere – alongside Nicobarese communities. Names from many traditions sit side by side, and each is kept exactly as printed.
